A fully modified S&S made Super 'G'  Chrome or Non Chrome carb with all the latest
mods available:
  • Bored and polished venturi, from 44mm to 47.6mm
  • Cut Throttle Shaft, from .277 to .177
  • Air Bleed mod, '03 carbs and older
  • High Flow accelerator pump nozzle
  • Modified pump cover to improve low speed operation and eliminate engine
    roughness
  • Purple Booster kit, p/n 1-600, installed
  • Extended Bowl screws with Idle Speed and Pump extended screws.
  • All new gaskets, seals and pump diaphragm
  • All brass parts and butterfly highly polished

  • Twin Thunder Jets to add power above 4500 rpm.

Why go with Thunder Jets?

The TAZ is recommended for bigger inch motors or modified engines with higher flow
exhaust and heads, usually over 100 inches. The MINI TAZ is recommended for engines
under 100 inches. Both are For those serious about making POWER!!

The TAZ and MINI TAZ Carbs will function and cruise just like our other modified carbs  
but now have the extra reserve power while accelerating through the gears! The  
Thunder Jet/s are designed to function above 4500 RPM only, this allows the TAZ to go
easy on the gas except when you need it. If max power is important to you during
acceleration then the 'TAZ' can provide the edge needed.

Note: The TAZ will bolt in place of any standard S&S 'G' carb but space allowances must
be made for the Thunder Jets and  fuel lines. Carb must be used with custom air cleaner
assemblies or velocity stacks, will not accept stock S&S tear drop air cleaner.
The MINI TAZ will accept the tear drop style air filter assembly.

(The TAZ will bolt right in place of any S&S 'G' carb but you must allow sufficient
clearance (about 1-3/4") above the carb)
